1. Kacang Almond
Almond are an incredibly popular tree nut. Despite being high in fat, they are highly nutrious and extremenly healty




2. Kacang Brazil
The Brazil nut (Bertholletia excelsa) is a South American tree in the family Lecythidaceae, and also the name of the tree's commercially harvested edible seeds.



3. Kacang Mede
Kacang mete yang manis namun renyah dan lezat dikemas dengan energi, antioksidan, mineral dan vitamin yang sangat penting untuk kesehatan yang kuat. Mete, atau "caju" dalam bahasa Portugis, adalah salah satu bahan yang populer dalam kontes manis dan lezat di seluruh dunia.

Pistachio is one source of monounsaturated fatty acids such as oleic acid which is a powerful antioxidant.

Pea-like pea fava beans are often additionally in Indian cuisine so appetizing, and have high nutritional value. Because these nuts contain fiber, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, folate, phyto-nutrients, vitamins, and many other important nutrients.




20. Kacang Macadamia
Macadamia is a genus of four species of trees indigenous to Australia and the constituting part of the plant Proteaceae family. They are native to north eastern New South Wales and central and south eastern Queensland. The tree is commercially important for its fruit, the macadamia nut

1. Kacang Almond


The almond (Prunus dulcis, syn. Prunus amygdalus) is a species of tree native to the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent and North Africa. Almond is also the name of the edible and widely cultivated seed of this tree. Within the genus Prunus, it is classified with the peach in the subgenus Amygdalus, distinguished from the other subgenera by corrugations on the shell (endocarp) surrounding the seed.
